Our staff

Our staff are specialist physiotherapists who have undertaken further post-graduate university education and/or relevant specialist recognised post-graduate training courses in pelvic health.

They have membership to Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) -  a UK based professional network affiliated to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Our staff follow relevant National Institute For Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and professional guidelines in the assessment, treatment and management of pelvic health problems following evidence based medicine. They have strong links with the multi-disciplinary team including leading consultant urogynaecologists.

DynamicHealth employs a dedicated team of qualified physiotherapists with a collective experience spanning many decades and continents. They are all Health and Care Professions Council registered and individuals recognise their areas of expertise with additional registration with the following professional bodies: Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

The physiotherapy team has extensive knowledge of all musculoskeletal conditions and provide outstanding evidence-based assessment and treatment across all sites. Our service is monitored by our clinical governance body, which ensures that Dynamic Health is adhering to guidelines set out by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence. 

We encourage the development of our staff and hold regular accredited in-house training to make sure our knowledge and skills are kept up to date with current research. The team regularly hosts students from University of East Anglia and Essex University and we pride ourselves on delivering a diverse education programme for aspiring physiotherapists. 

Individual strengths are recognised and nurtured and we have special interests in chronic pain management, advanced rehabilitation, spinal and peripheral conditions. We also work closely with Oxford University on their BOOST study, which is evaluating the effect of physiotherapy on stenotic back pain.

Across all localities, DynamicHealth boasts a highly skilled team of therapy technicians and rehabilitation assistants. Their backgrounds are a mix of:

• decades of personal training experience
• strength and conditioning qualifications
• health management
• previous work in elite sport
• physical education in schools and local communities as well as
• expert knowledge of exercise technique such as kettle bells and weight lifting

Advice on healthy eating and weight loss where appropriate will also accompany their involvement in patient care.

As part of the rehabilitation journey, you are likely to work closely with this highly qualified team during one-to-one training sessions to determine a rehabilitation programme that meets your needs or as part of our integral exercise classes. These include spinal fitness, shoulder rehabilitation, lower limb rehabilitation and Ready-Steady-Go.

Our DynamicHealth assistants and technicians are highly valued members of the service and ensure the smooth transition from the initial physiotherapy contact, to being able to self-manage symptoms.
