What we did

We have updated our website to provide up-to-date information on our waiting times for all our services, putting you more in control of your care, with options to be seen at a variety of locations
We are currently recruiting more staff across our localities. While this is in process, we are moving staff to support areas with the highest waits
We have updated our website to provide more information for those to help manage their conditions whilst they wait to be seen
Communications have been sent out across our Physiotherapy, Specialist and FCP services with this feedback to remind the teams to demonstrate exercises and check patients are happy with what they have to do.
